Established in 2021 by industry professionals Andrew Franklin and Andrew Bacon, Encore Acquisitions was born from a shared vision - a vision rooted in recognizing a need and seizing an opportunity. With our combined knowledge and expertise, we set out to create a turnkey real estate investment company that stands out in the industry.​
