MEET OUR FOUNDERS
Andrew Franklin
FOUNDER | LICENSED AGENT
Andrew is a graduate of Washington & Lee University. Andrew worked in investment banking for approximately 6 years, primarily on mergers and acquisitions. Andrew has been around residential real estate since he was a kid and learned early that putting clients' needs first is always smart business.
Andrew is an avid sports fan. He spends most of his time with friends and family, watching or playing sports and traveling.
Andrew Bacon
FOUNDER
Andrew Bacon was born in Louisiana and grew up in Houston, Texas, and Charleston, South Carolina. Prior to founding Encore Acquisitions, Andrew began his career as an oil and gas landman learning about land negotiations and sales. After a few years working in Louisiana and wanting to return to Texas, he accepted a position at a large real estate investment company. He then established his own remodeling and construction company and real estate team. Over the past several years, Andrew has focused on buying and renovating homes in the Houston-area, as well as working on projects for his clients.
